Return & Exchange Policy
At Golestan Hijabs, we take great care to ensure that every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before it is shipped. We are committed to providing products of the highest quality.
Returns
We only accept returns for products that are received in a damaged condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Preference for a different color or style

Incorrect size selection by the customer

Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier

Minor variations in color due to screen or lighting differences
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a damaged product claim, customers must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package.
The video must:

Begin before the shipping package is opened.

Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.

Capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

Clearly show the damaged product.
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be approved.
How to Report a Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

Your order number
-
The original unboxing video
-
Clear photos of the damaged product
-
A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your claim and respond as quickly as possible.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product must not show signs of use, washing, perfume, makeup stains, or alteration.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following, depending on product availability:

A replacement of the same item, or
-
A refund to the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping Costs
If the return is approved due to a confirmed manufacturing or shipping-related defect, Gulistan Hijabs will cover the return shipping costs.
