To qualify for a return:

A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must remain unused and in its original condition.

Returns or exchanges for personal preference, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or normal variations in color are not accepted.
