Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During new launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier partner's tracking portal.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

Golestan Hijabs is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Golestan Hijabs is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partners

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package.

  • Do not discard the original packaging.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the unboxing video, and clear photographs of the damaged item.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

Any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipping the order may be the responsibility of the customer.
